14-Day Unconditional Full Refund Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription payment for any reason, with no exceptions or conditions.

• No conditions apply — refunds are granted regardless of credit usage
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

• Upon cancellation, service remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused days within the billing period
• Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period
6. Service Termination by Company
• If WindStory terminates the service, remaining credits will be refunded
• At least 30 days' notice will be provided before service termination
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
